The MenuDoc Component 1.1 - Copyright  1998 Michael Brick

If you would like to complete your program descriptions, your helpfiles or your webpages with structures of main menus or popup menus then the TMenuDoc Component can serve you. Simply put it on a Delphi form, initialize it and let it create either formatted ASCII files or full featured HTML pages with titles, listed menu items and lokal links.  


The package contains the following files:

	MenDoc16.dcu (for Delphi 1.x)
	MenDoc16.dcr 

 	MenDoc32.dcu (for Delphi 3.0)
	MenDoc32.dcr 

	MenuDoc.hlp 
	Readme.txt 
	File_ID.diz  


Please, install MenDoc16.dcu to use the component with Delphi 1.x and install the MenDoc32.dcu to use it with Delphi 3.0.  


The TMenuDoc Component is FREEWARE and can be used any way you'd like. Considering the determinations of the following terms the Software may be freely distributed but is not public domain.

The term "Software" shall also include any upgrades, modified versions or updates of the Software licensed to you by Michael Brick.

The Software is owned by Michael Brick code are the valuable trade secrets. The Software is also protected by German Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software. You may use trademarks only to identify printed output produced by the Software, in accordance with accepted trademark practice, including identification of trademark owner's name.Such use of any trademark does not give you any rights of ownership in that trademark. Except as stated above, this Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software.  


Disclaimer of Warranty  

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which the software may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.  
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.  


Governing Law and General Provisions  

This Agreement will be governed by the German laws. If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. You agree that the Software will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the German export laws, restrictions or regulations. This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with its terms.
