Users Contributions Area
This is the area where I will post free downloadable material and all the files that RMCA-Users have donated to the public.
You are kindly invited to submit your files too, e.g. instruments lists, styles, songs, chords progressions, etc. By doing so, you will help your fellow RMCA-Users to enjoy the program even more.
I kindly ask contributors to this area to allow me to also include the contributor's email address with the description of their postings, so that other Users will be able to contact the contributor directly with any questions that they might have concerning that specific posting.
If you have any questions about RMCA Pro or MAAS then throw a look into the FAQ at first ...
If you don't find any answer there, please contact me via e-mail.
Instruments lists ...
Please feel free to download from here ...
SC-88Pro.rci
This instruments list for the Roland SC-88Pro, and similar modules, including more than 1400 instruments (!) was made by J.M.L.F. de Wit, The Netherlands, on March 1, 2000. E-mail questions regarding this list to: jandewit@xs4all.nl.
Please note, that instruments lists for your specific keyboard or module can be created by using the freely available instrument list editor, which you will find in the downloads area.
Tip: to get you started, and to save you a lot of time, it may sometimes be much easier for you to take one of the instruments lists that are already available, and make the necessary changes to accommodate your keyboard or module. By doing so, you will not have to create your list from scratch completely !
Just as an example: when you take Jan's Roland SC-88Pro's instruments list as your basis to start with, you can easily delete the SC-88Pro's and the SC-55's specific instruments, which will give you the correct instruments list for the SC-88.
The SC-88Pro's instruments list will also be very helpfull to owners of the Roland SC-8820 and SC-8850 modules/racks, because they will only have to add the additional instruments to the list that are new to these modules/racks.
The same principle can also be applied by the owners of a Yamaha instrument, by using the DB50XG-list that I have included with the RMCA Pro and MAAS packages.
Styles ...
From here you can download for your own personal purposes some packages which contain styles of all imaginable music directions (Jazz, Pop, Rock, Latin, Waltz, Boogie, Country etc.). The styles were converted, remixed and rearranged from free downloadable MIDI material. With a view to the large RCS Style Library their filenames also contain package numbers (*pn-*), starting with 11 (*11-*). This makes it easy to copy all style packages into one directory, if necessary.
Please note that the styles can only be processed with registered versions of the MIDI auto-accompaniment systems!
Download and use for free ...
If you are a registered user who wants to bring in his creativeness and also has created styles, feel free to send them to me via e-mail. Thank you!
